Extremely cooking in swedish style...

Some peopole say, that cooking help them to relax and have fun but I want to show you that cooking can also express anger. I introduce you a group from Sweden called : "Regular Ordinary Swedish Meal Time".  The leader of this group is ( how I found in the Internet) : " a very un-Muppet-like bearded Swedish dude with an unusual proclivity for mayonnaise". The funny thing is that he make normally dishes but with expressing his anger. Fans also enjoy the fact that Lundberg, the bearded Swedish chef, eats a heaping spoonful of mayonnaise in every episode.  Lundburg says, “I like mayonnaise so it’s really not a problem to eat a spoonful like that, but I wouldn’t eat a whole jar of it.”

Many of their videos have over 1 million views and the most viewed, ‘Meatball Massacre’ (seen below) has over 3.6 million.

 
In all videos of this group Lundberg (the swedish chef) don't speak in English, but how he say: "in Swenglish" - it's a combination of mostly Swedish with a little bit of English . So it's very hard to understand him, but he think it's funnier that most of people don't understand a word of what he say.

Remi Gaillard the "Prankster"

Remi Gaillard is a french humorist, whose videos are available on YouTube. His motto sounds: C'est en faisant n'importe quoi qu'on devient n'importe qui which means: "It's by doing anything, that one becomes anybody".
He constantly proofs  that there are no limits. In his videos, Remi displays an "outrageous" style of humour, challenging public norms. Recurring themes include dressing up as and interpreting the behaviour of various animals in public, racing unsuspecting car-drivers whilst dressed up as Mario, and numerous provocative interactions with parking enforcement officers and the police. People loved him and at the age of 17 Remy became the most subscribed comedian on YouTube. He is also a highly skilled football player and it is possible to see him performing some football tricks in some videos he  has posted on YT.
As I like people who are ready to overstep the mark and fool everyone, including making fun fun of a police, Remi always makes me smile and I'm full of admiration for his amazing ideas.

Let's get creative!

As I like to keep myself updated with recent news in a category of technology or some usefull and inventive items, I tend to keep the pics of some imaginative staff on my hard disk drive. I decided to show you just a few interesting "inventions", which, in my opinion, can make my life much easier or pleasant.

To begin with, I hate the rain. Everytime it rains, the world is so gray and sad. That's why I loved one umbrella at a first sight. It would make me cheerful, even when it rains.
 Secondly I adore candles, especially the scented ones, but I can never find the matches to burn them. Thats why the idea below is just perfect for me. No more looking for matches for long minutes:)

I'm  also a bit interested in interior designing. Designing some small spaces is very difficult and requires some innovative ideas. Nowadays, there are so many solutions for small spaces and so called "space saving furniture" is something that always surprises me. Everytime the designers come up with some excellent solution when you have just a 25 square meter apartment to furnish, I'm just lost in admiration. Some amazing inventions below:

Looking for some amazing item which was discovered lately I found an interesting invention of the last century.
I love to read books in bed the problem was after an hour when my neck or spin was in pain because of uncomfortable position I head during the reading. That's why I cannot read longer than 1.5 hour.
This invention could change it...

It was created in 1936 in England. The prism change  line of sight 90 degree without distortion. So you can lie flat in your bed and read or watch TV without neck-ache. I think is the chance for paralyzed or bedridden people.

It didn't become very popular but it available to buy through the Internet it costs around  150-300zł. 

I'm thinking of buying it.

Funny cats

There are many things which make me laugh but mostly I prefer to watch some short video because it relax me and I can spend for it few minutes everyday without regretting. On YouTube are lots of short movies which are funny and people like them, I like them. I want to present you one of my favorite:

nioch, nioch, nioch...

If there is an option to describe magical place that I was during my vacations, I must write about Boszkowo. Boszkowo is a little summer resort which is near Leszno. I've neraly been working my whole summer but I had to relax a bit before next term. Me and my closest friends decided to go to Boszkowo, where my friend has a house. We've been there for only one week but honestly... you just need one day to love that place :)

As I said, Boszkowo-Letnisko is a really small burgh but there is everything you need to spend great holidays. From restaurants, hotels through stalls to clubs - all dedicated to have a great fun. And of course the main attraction - superb lake (just look at the photo). Friend of mine said to me that there are about 90 and more beaches (of course most of them are illegal but who cares), there are also some jetties but they are rather very small. This place is a summer resort so it only 'lives' during the season.

We lived in a small house which belongs to our friend - Agnieszka. Time spent with my people in here was one of the best during 2011. We all slept together in small rooms, conditions weren't '5 stared' but we didn't care about that. Hangover everyday, common bonfires, sizzling sausages.

Boszkowo is a magical place and I can recommend this place for summer - I guarantee 100% of satisfaction.

Something special and extraordinary about summer holidays? YES! So this year I had the pleasure of attend to a wedding of my two friends from high school.
Magda and Darek invited me and quite a lot of other people form our class. I was really excited and looking forward for this event.

They were very lucky, because the weather this August was perfect! The wedding took place in a small church in Strzegom.

After the ceremony we moved to a lovely hotel by the lake where the reception was held. We had lots of fun all night long! Dancing, drinking, laughing like never before.

Everyone knows how polish weddings looks like. Well, this was perfect. The band was great, the food was delicious, no one got extremely drunk and even in the morning we still wanted to dance and had energy for it!

The day after the wedding in the evening we went out to light the flying lanterns. It’s like a kite or balloon with candle under it. Thanks to the warm air it fly of up to the air. It was a beautiful view when we let them.
Afterwards we dropped by Darek’s house and sitting in the garden we laughed, drunk and had a wonderful time celebrating the wedding of our friends.

This summer was really unforgettable.
