Useful inventions

Picking up a spoon, lifting food to your mouth, or just using the fork and knife. It’s naturally for healthy people to eat, drink, write and not think of every motion needed to do that.

Disabilities of our body can make daily living activities more difficult.

I would like to write about some quite simple, but definitely important innovations for people with physical limitations (especially for those one who have Parkinson’s,  have suffered a stroke or also for older persons).

The Thomas Steady Arm is an arm support, designed to help people with arm and hand tremors. On the producer’s website we can read how it works: “A patient’s arm is placed in the arm holder to be secured with straps and a set of tension adjusters are used to react to the effects of the tremors”. 

Utensil Holder is an invention for people with limited hand function. This item helps holding utensils while eating or writing. The idea of the invention is simply: in a pocket you could put items such as pens, brushes, spoons, etc. and they are securely holds. People with health problems can eat without assistance.

And an innovation for everyday use for everyone (kids, seniors, athletes) – Coilers Shoelaces. This kind of shoelaces is permanently coiled with elastic and never need tying. It fits up to every pair of shoe and allow more natural foots movement.

Inventions

ULTra Personal Pods are small oval electrical vehicles which will take you to the airport in Heathrow, London. There are 21 unmanned capsules transporting passengers from Terminal 5 to the parking which is 4 km away. 

The vehicles are fully automatic, electric and harmless for environment. Each one have four seats, and is designed to travel at 40 kilometres per hour. Passenger choose the direction on touch screen and push the button to depart.

The system was originally designed by Martin Lowson and his design team from Advanced Transport Systems. Entire project is worth about 10 millions.

When I think about inventions, especially funny inventions, first thing that comes up to my mind is Asia. Who is the best in making weird, stupid and useless crap? Of course people from Japan and China.

For severe running nose, use the new revolutionary wipe'em boogers helmet! I wonder if there can be something more useless than this... of course there is something :)

Funny videos of Bollywood songs

I don’t know too many anecdotes to write them to you.  Most of them, refer to the funny situations between me and my sister, so it could be difficult to explain the point. In this case, I decided to share some funny Indian videos.  .

 I’m not so sure that all of them were meant to be laughable for you, but for me they are.

I want to present 3 types of funny videos:

-         a song, which was made as some kind of comedy song (entertaining lyrics, funny scenes). It’s hard to find  a typical comics song. They have appeared mostly in older Bollywood movies.

Good examples: Maa Da Laadla from “Dostana” or Khaike Paan Banaraswala from “Don”

-         songs with fake lyrics translations. There is a lot of them on every website where we could watch something. You don’t have to know the original lyrics to create that video, so sometimes they are just ridiculous

e.g. : “eBay song” created from “Mahi ve” 

-         songs in which the soundtrack was changed. That’s my favorite type. I recommend you cila1985’s Channel on YouTube, there are 37 videos with well known polish songs.

I would like to present you the output of Grzegorz Barański who is known on the internet under his nickname - Dakann. Dakann works in WP.pl. He is also a member of 'Diabolic Team', creators of series called 'Piątek'. It has a form of short films (from about 3 to maximum 7 minutes, depends on episode). Themes are very different, from bad humour and whining about everything around to complicated meditation about some aspects of life. It shows life in grey reality in positive light, or rather funny light ;) He also has a private blog, but all his projects you can watch at tosiewytnie.pl. I would like to present you the most popular episode of 'Piątek' - it is about population of Warsaw and immigrants... it contains a vulgar language :) Enjoy!

Usually  I don't watching funny videos or stories in the internet, I am watching something like that only when I saw links on my friend board on Facebook or when somebody send me something like that. But I have one video which for me is very funny anf I very like it. This video present: talking twin babies.

INVENTION 

Invention which I want present you in this post is frame consruction to the smoking cigarettes. 

This invention is a project of my friend and is very easy for follow up. In this design we are using 

frame costruction of tubes, but you can using piece of wire and bend to the proper form. This invention 

is usefule in situation when you want smok, do somthing and you neded to this both hands.
