Yeast- raised muffins!

I'd like to present you a recipe for a yeast- raised muffins. It's simply and delicious ;)




Ingredients:

* 4 cups flour

* 2 eggs

* 1 butter

* 5 dag yeast

* 1 cup milk

* 1,5 cups sugar







Melt the yeast. Knead and to insert to bowl with cold water. Wait about 1,5 hours. Lay out on

cakeboard and knead with sugar. Spill cake to paper muffin cutters. Bake in temperature 180 °C.
